Social Media Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and grow creator accounts across social media platforms, with a primary focus on Snapchat and, where applicable, Spotify.
In this role, you will manage multiple creator channels, oversee content publishing, optimize performance, and develop strategies that drive audience growth and engagement. Your goal will be to ensure creator accounts are consistently active, strategically managed, and performing at their highest potential.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain multiple creator accounts, primarily on Snapchat and, where applicable, Spotify.
Plan, schedule, and publish content in alignment with content calendars and platform best practices.
Coordinate with creators, editors, and content teams to ensure content is optimized for each platform.
Monitor performance metrics and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to increase reach, engagement, retention, and audience growth.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, monetization opportunities, and best practices.
Ensure content is published accurately, consistently, and on schedule.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Channel Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content publishing workflows.
Experience managing creator, media, or brand accounts.
Experience with Snapchat is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and publishing schedules simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience managing Snapchat creator channels or media accounts.
Experience with Spotify publishing, creator profiles, podcasts, or audio content.
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other creator-focused platforms.
Knowledge of audience growth, content distribution, and monetization strategies.
