Teleperformance, the world’s largest customer service company, is currently recruiting on behalf of its client for a Customer Support Engineer position. What You’ll Be Doing
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support through various communication channels, including email, phone, video calls, and support platforms
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and document customer-reported issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Contribute feedback and recommendations for product and service improvements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and participate in training on new technologies and solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in a customer support, technical support, or customer-facing IT role
- Experience working within IT and software environments
- Familiarity with customer support platforms, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Very good English language skills; German is considered an advantage
