Teleperformance, a global leader in AI-powered digital business services, is looking for a Pricing Manager – Commercial Architect to join its Business Development function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial models of TP’s largest and most strategic deals, working with senior Sales and Solution leaders to drive profitable and sustainable growth across EMEA.
What You’ll Be Doing

Build cost models for complex, multi-year transformation bids, covering labour, technology, facilities, transition, and ongoing operations
Conduct sensitivity, break-even, and scenario analyses to inform pricing strategies and assess risks
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Bid Managers, Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop competitive pricing strategies
Use market benchmarks and competitive insights to support commercial decision-making
Design commercial structures, including outcome-based, gain-share, and tiered pricing models, rate cards, and contract terms
Prepare clear pricing narratives and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses for clients
Manage internal pricing approvals based on margins, risks, and deal size
Develop pricing templates and tools, and train Sales and Pre-Sales teams to use them
Leverage AI and automation to make pricing processes faster and more efficient

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in pricing, costing, financial modelling, or commercial analysis within BPO, technology services, consulting, or a similar industry
Proven experience in pricing complex, multi-year service contracts
Strong understanding of BPO and Customer Experience (CX) cost structures
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with a solid understanding of P&L, margins, cash flow, and ROI
Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
CFA, CMA, financial modelling, or Professional Pricing Society certification is an advantage
Experience with pricing optimisation tools and AI-powered automation is an advantage
