TEB Sh.A kërkon të punësojë një kandidatë në ekipin mjaft dinamik në Departamentit e Alokimit te Kredive Individuale, në poziten Zyrtarë i Larte i Alokimit të Kredive Individuale, në kuadër të Divizionit të Alokimit te Kredive, në Zyrën Qendrore.
Përshkrimi i vendit të punës:
- Monitorimin e kredive Individuale ne baza ditore,
- Kontrollimi i dokumenteve, përcjellja e punëve në pritje dhe kontrollimi i të gjitha punëve, të cilat bëhen në këtë departament.
- Kontrollimi i propozimeve në sistem – TEBIS, të jep përgjigje pa vonesë.
- Te rishikoj propozimet në sistem a janë në rregull.
- Të shqyrtojë të gjitha dokumentet a janë në rregull sipas Procedurave kreditore dhe Politikave të Bankes.
- Monitorimi i kredive ekzistuese në sistem TEBIS, në të gjitha aspektet.
- Ruajtja e gjithë dokumentacionit në menyrë të sigurtë nga shmangia.
- Të ruaj sekretet e informacionit dhe dokumentet sekrete të Bankes, brenda dhe jashtë saj.
- Implementimi i të gjitha detyrave nga mbikqyrësi i tij/saj në lidhje me të gjitha çeshtjet ne departamentin përkates.
- Organizon dhe i percjell takimet e nevojshme të departamenti.
- Detyra te tjera qe mund ti ipen.
Kualifikimet:
- Diplomë universitare dhe kualifikimi profesional (në Ekonomi, apo Administrim Biznesi
- Së paku pese vite pervoje pune ne TEB SH.A. apo ne ndonje institucion tjeter.
- Aftësi të të shkëlqyeshme analitike / vlerësuese
- Te kete aftesi per pune ne presion, dhe aftesi te definoje kerkesat me prioritet
- Aftësi të shkëlqyera komunikimi me shkrim dhe verbal në gjuhën shqipe dhe angleze

TEB Sh.A. is seeking to recruit a candidate in the position of Retail Credit Allocation Senior Officer in a very dynamic team of the Credit Allocation-Retail Department, within the Credit Allocation Division, Head Office.
Job decription:
- Monitors individual loans on a daily basis,
- Checks documents, follows up pending works and checks all the works which are performed in this department.
- Checks proposals in the system - TEBIS, provides answers without delay.
- Reviews proposals in the system whether or not they are in order.
- Examines all documents whether or not they are in compliance with the Bank's Credit procedures and policies.
- Monitors existing loans in TEBIS system, in all aspects.
- Maintains all the documentation in a secure way from being avoided.
- Retains the Bank’s confidential information and confidential documents inside and outside of the Bank.
- Implements all tasks by his / her supervisor relating to all issues in the relevant department.
- Organizes and follows-up the required meetings of the department.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- University degree and professional qualification (in Economics or Business Administration
- At least five year of work experience in TEB SH.A. or other institutions.
- Excellent analytical / evaluation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, and ability to define priority requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English
- Proactive cooperation and correspondence
- Professional presentation and approach
- Ability to provide written and verbal clarifications
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to report
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, for preparing documents and reports
