Now we're scaling, and we're looking for a Senior Developer to lead our builds — owning the technical quality of what we ship and setting the bar for everyone building alongside you.
The role
- You'll be the technical backbone of our delivery team — turning Figma into production-grade frontend, architecting builds that hold up under real client load, and mentoring the developers around you.
- You'll work directly with strategy, design, and backend to make sure what we ship is fast, accurate, and maintainable. You're fluent with AI in your workflow — not as a gimmick, but as a force multiplier that lets you build more, faster, without dropping quality. This role lives or dies on craft and judgement — clients should trust the work because the engineering underneath it is solid.
What you'll do
- Lead frontend builds end to end — pixel-perfect, responsive, cross-browser, zero unapproved deviation from approved specs
- Own technical architecture and code structure across projects — branching, PRs, code reviews, code hygiene as a standard
- Mentor and review the work of mid and junior developers, raising the team's overall output
- Collaborate directly with backend on API integrations, data rendering, and client environment handoffs
- Interrogate briefs before building — surface design and technical ambiguities early, not mid-task
- Use AI to accelerate development, prototyping, and problem-solving — and keep finding sharper ways to ship
- Keep delivery on scope, on time, and tracked — no untracked time, no surprises at launch
What you bring
- 5+ years building production frontend at a digital, creative, or product team — this is non-negotiable
- Expert in React, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3 with strong component-based architecture instincts
- Confident with Git/GitHub, PR workflows, and code review as a discipline
- Able to read and extract specs, assets, and spacing directly from Figma
- Comfortable consuming REST APIs and coordinating cleanly with backend
- AI-fluent — you build AI into your daily workflow and know where it helps and where it doesn't
- Calm under pressure, organised across multiple builds, and clear in written communication
