We pair human craft with AI-powered creative, design, and development to work faster and push further, and we treat brand as an upstream strategic asset, not a downstream cost.
Now we're scaling in Kosovo, and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to keep the engine running — someone who treats AI as their default tool and makes everyone around them faster.
The role
This is a leverage role. You'll be the operational backbone as we grow — owning the calendar, the inbox, the follow-through, and the systems that keep everything moving. But this isn't a traditional EA seat. We want someone who reaches for AI before anything else: to draft, research, summarise, and turn rough inputs into finished work. You'll be trusted to take things off the plate and bring them back done, and to keep finding sharper ways to do it.

What you'll do

Manage schedules, inboxes, and priorities — protecting focus time and keeping the right things front of mind
Use AI to draft, research, summarise, and prepare work, turning rough inputs into finished outputs fast
Build and refine systems and workflows that scale as the team grows
Coordinate across clients, projects, and the wider team so nothing slips
Prepare documents, decks, briefs, and correspondence to a high standard
Handle the operational and admin work that piles up — scheduling, invoicing, travel, follow-ups — and improve how it's done
Anticipate what's needed before you're asked

What you bring

Proven experience as an EA, operations coordinator, or similar — ideally supporting a founder or busy leader
Real AI fluency: you already use it daily and are hungry to push it further
Exceptional organisation and follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks
Fluent Albanian and strong English, written and spoken
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast pace
Self-direction — you make decisions and own the outcome

Bonus points

Experience in a marketing, creative, agency, or startup environment
Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace
A track record of building systems or processes from scratch
A genuine point of view on how AI is changing the way work gets done
