Title: Sales Specialist

Duration: Full-time (On-site)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Royal York Property Management. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Specialist, your primary duties will include developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business and clients, maintaining existing clients, negotiating contracts, identifying growth opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Effectively promote and present our services to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling
  • Achieve sales targets within specified timeframes
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead/Manager to analyze and capitalize on market and territory potential
  • Continuously enhance performance based on regular feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with international clients (mandatory)
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills, both in written and spoken English, with a mandatory proficiency level of C1
  • Ability to think quickly and make informed decisions
  • Typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 WPM
  • Demonstrated diplomacy and ability to work with diverse individuals
  • Must be available to work from our office located in Pristina.

Salary: The gross salary for this position ranges from €1,000 to €1,200 per month, commensurate with experience.

Schedule: The work schedule consists of a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
