Your Mission
Your mission is simple:
Research. Connect. Present. Negotiate. Close.
You will actively develop international markets, identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and build long-term partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Research international markets and identify new business opportunities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
- Contact engineers, purchasing managers, product managers, and decision-makers
- Present products and technical solutions professionally
- Understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions together with our engineering team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets
- Represent RHM at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings

- You are willing to travel internationally.
Languages & International Communication
RHM serves customers across Europe and around the world. Building strong international relationships is a key part of this role.
To succeed, you should:
- Be fluent in English or another widely spoken international language (spoken and written).
- Feel comfortable conducting meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with international customers.
- Enjoy working with people from different cultures and international markets.
- Every additional language is considered a strong advantage and helps you build new customer relationships and expand into new markets.
- German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, or any other international language is highly appreciated.
