Position Summary
QSI International School of Kosovo is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher (5-Year-Old Program) to join our international faculty.
The successful candidate will foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while supporting the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners. We are looking for an educator with strong Western educational credentials, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to excellence in an international school setting.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the QSI curriculum. 
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. 
Support students' academic, social, emotional, and physical development. 
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents. 
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to promote student success. 
Integrate creative and engaging teaching strategies into daily instruction. 
Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a closely related field. 
Western teaching experience or western credential/license
Western teaching experience and/or previous experience in an accredited international school is highly preferred. 
Demonstrated experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Childhood students. 
Excellent command of spoken and written English. 
Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. 
A genuine passion for working with young children in a multicultural environment.
