We are an accredited Certification Body providing audit and certification services for a global client base, and we are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team in Prishtina in the role of Compliance Specialist.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the auditor program, including onboarding, evaluations, interviews, performance monitoring, and maintenance of auditor records.
- Verify auditor qualifications, confirm professional experience, and conduct reference checks in line with accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate auditor approvals and status updates in collaboration with the Compliance Director.
- Plan, schedule, and support witness audits and auditor performance evaluations.
- Maintain auditor approvals, status, and records within the ERP system.
- Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, and related schemes.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures, ensuring consistency, version control, and correct use of approved templates.
- Review audit reports, application forms, audit plans, Stage 1 reports, surveillance plans, and related certification documentation, as required.
- Participate in meetings with clients, auditors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, when needed.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Have a good business sense and a positive attitude. Work well independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present work from concepts to final execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- A consistently positive attitude as well as a high level of enthusiasm and initiative
