Role: Audit Planning Coordinator

Schedule: Mon-Thu, 8:30 to 17:00; Fri, 8:30 to 12:30

MSECB is a fast-growing company with its headquarters based in Quebec, Canada, and an international branch in Prishtina, where some of its main operations have taken place for many years now.
We are an accredited Certification Body providing audit and certification services for a global client base, and we are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team in Prishtina in the role of Customer Experience Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities
- Register and maintain client information within the ERP Portal and ensure client databases remain accurate and up to date;
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule certification activities, including initial, surveillance, recertification, and other audit types as required;
- Coordinate with clients to organize audit arrangements and ensure audit activities are completed within the required certification timelines and intervals;
- Assign audit mandates within the ERP Portal;
- Coordinate and negotiate with auditors regarding audit mandates and daily audit fees;
- Validate auditor competence, qualifications, and eligibility prior to assignment and engagement for audit activities;
- Follow up on upcoming audits and monitor progress to ensure timely execution and completion;
- Initiate and prepare invoicing information (PCs/invoices) and coordinate related administrative activities;
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and applicable operational requirements;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in French (written and verbal) is considered an asset
- Have a good business sense and a positive attitude. Work well independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, talkative and confident in calling and following up with auditors, partners and clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- A consistently positive attitude as well as a high level of enthusiasm and initiative
