Job Title: French-Speaking Call Center Agents
Location: Muharrem Fejza, Prishtinë (Onsite)
Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (On-Site)

We are looking for positive, motivated, and customer-focused French-Speaking Call Center Agents to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will contact warm leads, customers who have already expressed interest in our services. Your main responsibility will be to build rapport through professional conversations in French, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth transition to the next stage of the process.
This is a relationship-focused role with no hard selling. We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy speaking with people and providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact French-speaking customers who have already expressed interest in our services and serve as their welcoming first point of contact
- Engage customers in friendly, professional conversations to understand their needs and answer their questions
- Identify when a customer is ready to move forward and smoothly connect them with a licensed agent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Provide clear, supportive communication to ensure customers feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience while communicating fluently in French and English
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written French (C1 level or higher)
- Good English communication skills for internal communication, training, and team collaboration
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, ideally within the U.S. market, or experience in a similar call center/customer service role
- Positive, motivated, and confident when communicating with customers
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is considered a plus
