Role Description
We are expanding our team and are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representatives ( Inbound Sales) to join us in Pristina. This is a full-time, night shift and on-site position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. No cold calling here. Our customers call us, and your job is to provide exceptional customer service while helping them choose the best cover for their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Answers incoming calls and responds promptly to customer inquiries
​Presents and sells products based on customers’ needs and preferences
​Provides accurate information about products, pricing, timelines, and the ordering process
​Communicates with other departments to ensure clarity regarding customer requests and needs
​Records and follows up on customer interactions, notes, and follow-ups in internal systems
​Ensures customer satisfaction through clear, timely, and professional communication.

Qualifications

​Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practices,
​Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and resolving inquiries effectively
​Willingness to work during night shift hours,
​Previous experience in E-commerce or sales roles is a plus,
​Fluency in written and spoken English.
