At Limitless Outsourcing, we are looking for a Customer Operations & Sales Specialists to handle key parts of our customer journey. This position involves answering pre-sales questions, resolving post-purchase issues, and coordinating logistics. We are looking for creative problem-solvers who can think outside the box, reassure our clients, and keep our order processes running smoothly.

- Support Customers Through the Buying Process
- Resolve Order Issues
- Solve Problems
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Coordinate Deliveries
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
TECHNOLOGIES & SYSTEMS USED
- Order Management: Oracle NetSuite & Shopify Admin
- Customer Support: Gorgias (ticket management)
- Phone System: Aircall (inbound & outbound customer calls)
- Team Collaboration: Asana & Slack (task management and internal communication)
