The Role: E-Commerce Logistics Operations Specialist
You will coordinate customs and cross-border logistics processes supporting our international e-commerce operations. Working closely with customs brokers, logistics providers, warehouses, country operations and central teams, you will help ensure that shipments are processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with customs regulations.
With Us, You Will Be Responsible

Coordinate import, export, transit, customs release and re-export operations within required timelines.
Monitor customs clearance from declaration to closure, resolving outstanding issues and escalating delays.
Prepare and verify customs and shipping documentation, maintaining accurate records and system updates for audits.
Coordinate customs brokers, logistics providers and bonded warehouses to ensure timely shipments and agreed service standards.
Monitor regulatory changes and customs compliance, identifying and reporting operational risks.
Track performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements to reduce delays and costs.
Support customs system enhancements, user acceptance testing and process improvement projects.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

University degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, import/export, customs clearance or freight forwarding; e-commerce or retail logistics experience is an advantage.
Working knowledge of local customs regulations, import/export and transit procedures, and related shipping documentation.
Good command of written and spoken English and MS Office, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting.
Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments within deadlines.
A proactive, analytical approach to resolving shipment and documentation issues.
Experience with customs, logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
