About us 
Business Match Kosovo (BMK) builds the business bridge between the Netherlands and Kosovo. We support Dutch companies in entering and expanding within the Kosovar market and connect Kosovar companies with opportunities in the Netherlands. With our strong B2B network and local expertise, we provide hands-on solutions, from market entry to recruitment, events, and business development.  
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Dutch Speaking Business Development Consultant who will play a key role in strengthening relationships with our Dutch clients and driving new business opportunities for our Kosovar partners.  
We are looking for you 
A driven and proactive consultant who thrives in an international B2B environment and wants to contribute to building the business bridge between Kosovo and the Netherlands.  
Your role 

 Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with our Dutch clients.  
Identify customer needs and provide tailored support.  
 Maintain and grow partnerships with Business Match Kosovo’s network.  
Conduct business development and acquisition activities on the Dutch market for our Kosovar partners.  
 Support the management team with operational tasks, including organizing and coordinating events.  

Your profile 

 Fluent in Dutch, English and Albanian.  
 Experience in a B2B environment is preferred, but not required.  
 Strong communication skills and a natural talent for building relationships.  
Proactive, innovative, and independent.  
 Hospitality is part of your character.  
 Experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) is an advantage.  
 Living in Kosovo is required.  
 Open to part-time or full-time availability.

Met ons sterke B2B-netwerk en lokale expertise bieden wij hands-on oplossingen, van market-entry tot recruitment, events en business development.  
Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Nederlands Sprekende Business Development Consultant die een sleutelrol zal spelen in het onderhouden van relaties met onze Nederlandse klanten en het genereren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen voor onze Kosovaarse partners.  
Wij zoeken:

Jouw rol 

 Proactief onderhouden en versterken van relaties met onze Nederlandse klanten.  
Behoeften van klanten in kaart brengen en passende ondersteuning bieden.  
Onderhouden en uitbreiden van samenwerkingen binnen het netwerk van Business Match Kosovo.  
 Actief bedrijven werven op de Nederlandse markt voor onze Kosovaarse partners.  
Het management ondersteunen met operationele taken, zoals het organiseren van events.  

Jouw profiel 

 Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels en Albanees.  
 Ervaring in een B2B-omgeving is gewenst, maar geen vereiste.  
 Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en talent voor relatiemanagement.   
Proactief, innovatief en zelfstandig.  
 Gastvrijheid zit in jouw karakter.  
 Ervaring met CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur Hubspot) is een voordeel.  
 Woonachtig in Kosovo is vereist.  
 Beschikbaar parttime of fulltime.
