What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Sales Representative, your role will focus on speaking with business owners and managers and helping them find solutions to their hiring challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:

Contacting businesses across Kosovo by phone and email
Introducing Karyera Plus and our recruitment services
Understanding employers' staffing and recruitment needs
Building strong and professional relationships with potential clients
Following up with employers and maintaining regular communication
Managing sales opportunities from first contact to agreement
Achieving monthly performance targets
Keeping accurate records of client interactions
Continuously improving your sales and communication skills

Requirements

Fluent Albanian
Good English communication skills
Basic computer and internet skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Reliable internet connection
Previous sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development experience is an advantage but not required
