About the Role
Omzo is hiring fast, creative, and highly detail-oriented designers specializing in UI/UX and graphic design with AI at the center of their workflow.
We are looking for AI-first design perfectionists: people who combine strong design fundamentals with advanced AI skills to explore ideas, create exceptional visuals, build interfaces, and deliver polished work quickly.
Advanced AI proficiency is mandatory for this position. We will only consider candidates who actively and confidently use AI throughout their creative process.
Your AI skills should also be strong enough to create high-quality 3D-style visuals and creative assets. This may include 3D product images, objects, characters, environments, compositions, animations, or other 3D content created with the help of AI.
You are completely free to use AI for all 3D-related work. We care about the creativity and quality of the final result—not which software or method you used to create it.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive and visually polished websites, apps, landing pages, and digital products.
- Create brand identities, social media assets, advertisements, presentations, and other graphic materials.
- Use AI to create high-quality 3D visuals and creative assets for websites, campaigns, products, social media, and brand experiences.
- Integrate AI-generated 3D elements naturally into UI/UX, graphic design, advertising, and digital content.
- Use AI throughout the creative process—from research and ideation to visual generation, prototyping, refinement, and delivery.
- Turn concepts into high-quality designs quickly without compromising attention to detail.
- Experiment with new AI tools and continuously improve the company’s creative workflows.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams.
- Maintain consistency across interfaces, brands, and visual content.
- Review and refine every detail until the final result feels complete and professional.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio in UI/UX, graphic design, or both.
- Proven, hands-on experience using AI for professional creative work.
- The ability to use AI to produce convincing, polished, and creative 3D visuals.
- Excellent visual judgment and strong skills in typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Understanding of user experience, responsive design, and modern interface patterns.
- Speed, curiosity, independence, and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to move from an idea to a polished result with minimal supervision.
- A perfectionist mindset combined with the judgment to work efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
AI Skills Are Mandatory
We care less about the specific tools you use and more about your ability to:
- Choose the right AI tool for each task.
- Write and refine effective prompts.
- Direct AI output with clear creative judgment.
- Use AI to create professional UI/UX, graphic design, and 3D creative assets.
- Refine generated work instead of accepting weak first results.
- Produce original, consistent, and brand-appropriate outcomes.
- Work significantly faster and better because of AI.
