TEB tani po kërkon kandidatë të kualifikuar për pozitën Zyrtar i lartë i Alokimit të Kredive Biznesore në Departamentin e Alokimit të Kredive në Zyrën Qëndrore.
Përgjegjësitë:
- Monitorimi i kredive të Biznesit në baza ditore,
- Kontrollimi i dokumenteve, përcjellja e punëve në pritje dhe kontrollimi i të gjitha punëve, të cilat bëhen në këtë departament.
- Ruajtja e gjithë dokumentacionit në mënyrë të sigurtë nga shmangia.
- I bindur të ruaj sekretet e informacionit dhe dokumentet sekrete të bankës, brenda dhe jashtë saj.
- Kontrollimi i propozimeve në sistem - TEBIS ,të jep përgjigje pa vonesa.
- Të rishikoj propozimet në sistem a janë në rregull nga ana teknike.
- Të shqyrtojë të gjitha dokumentet a janë në rregull sipas Politikave Kreditore të Bankës dhe Procedurave.
- Monitorimi i kredive ekzistuese në sistem TEBIS, në të gjitha aspektet.
- Implementimi i të gjitha detyrave nga mbikëqyrësi i tij/saj në lidhje me të gjitha çështjet në departamentin përkatës.
- Organizon dhe percjellë takimet e nevojshme të departamentit.
Kualifikimet e kërkuara:
- Preferohet me diplomë në ekonomi apo Administrim Biznesi.
- Se paku tre vite përvojë pune në TEB, e afërt me fushën përkatëse.
- Të ketë njohuri rreth sistemit të bankës –TEBIS.
- Të ketë njohuri për Politikat dhe Procedurat e Bankës.
- Njohuri shumë të mira të gjuhës angleze.
- Te jetë analitik
- Të ketë aftësi për punë në presion, dhe aftësi të definojë kërkesat me prioritet.
- Komunikativ dhe i sjellshëm deri sa i trajton kërkesat e stafit.
- Njohuri të mira në MS Office
- Të jetë efikas në punën grupore.

TEB is now seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Business Credit Allocation Officer for Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring business loans in daily basis
- Controlling the documents, follow-up the pending work and controlling the whole work that is done in the department.
- Keeping all documentation in safe manner in the department
- Dedicated to keep secrecy of the information and secret documents of the bank, inside and outside the bank
- Controlling the proposals in the TEBIS system and provides a response without delay.
- Revise the proposal if correctly done in the system.
- Investigate all documents if they are properly provided according to Bank Credit Policy and Procedures.
- Monitoring existing credits in TEBIS system with every aspect available.
- Schedule and conduct meeting inside department
- Implementing all his/her superior’s orders related to department issues.
- Advise and provide training to branch staff and new portfolios
Qualifications required:
- University degree in Economics or similar field.
- At least three years working experience in TEB, in credit related field
- Very familiar with TEBIS system
- Familiar with Credit Policies and Procedures
- Fluent in English
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure; and able to define priority requests
- Communicative and polite while handling staff requests
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Efficient in teamwork
