Job Opening: Delegate Acquisition Representative
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships and working in a performance-driven environment.
As a Delegate Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing senior-level executives to attend exclusive executive networking events across Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire senior executive delegates for assigned events and projects.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective delegates.
- Ensure delegate targets are achieved for each assigned project.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and registrations.
- Represent the company professionally when communicating with senior executives.
Compensation
Base Salary: €700 per month
In addition to your base salary, you will receive an uncapped performance bonus. Employees who consistently achieve their monthly targets can expect to earn an additional €1,000+ per month, with top performers earning significantly more.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident and professional when speaking with senior executives.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Target-driven and eager to exceed goals.
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
