We are pleased to announce an open position for Media Production Specialist, offering candidates the opportunity to become part of our partner’s team in Libya. Key Responsibilities:
- Field Documentation: Conduct professional photography and videography for engineering projects at construction and field sites
- Post-Production Management: Execute video editing, color grading, and sound engineering using professional software.
- Media Archiving: Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital archive of all raw and final media assets for easy retrieval.
- Cross-Unit Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing Unit to produce visual content that supports promotional campaigns and presentations.
- Equipment Management: Monitor the technical status of all filming and lighting equipment and ensure its constant readiness.
- Identity Compliance: Ensure all videos and visual assets strictly adhere to the company’s Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments
- Strong skills in video editing, color grading, and sound editing using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Experience in managing and organizing digital media archives and large-scale visual content libraries
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
