The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious Preconstruction Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and preferably site engineering experience to join our Tendering Team in Kosovo.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on UK rail infrastructure projects while following a structured career development programme.
Career Pathway

Preconstruction Engineer – Kosovo (2–3 years)
Site Engineer – UK (2–3 years)
Senior Site Engineer (2–3 years)

Alternatively, candidates may choose to continue developing their career as a Preconstruction Engineer within our Kosovo office.
Successful candidates will initially work as part of our Preconstruction Team in Kosovo for up to 48 months. After approximately 28 months, high-performing employees may become eligible for an international placement in the UK as a Site Engineer as part of 6 Year Visa Programme with (option of UK citizenship).
Key Responsibilities

Generate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) through detailed review of engineering drawings.
Price works using first principles, including labour, plant, materials, and construction methods.
Review drawings and tender documentation to identify project scope.
Work with the Tendering Team to summarise new tender opportunities and identify project scope.
Assist in preparing construction methodologies and tender documentation.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.
Produce accurate, high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Site engineering experience is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
