Account Manager (Residential Leasing)
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo (Hybrid – On-site with Remote Fridays) Schedule: Full-time | U.S. Business Hours
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Account Manager to oversee residential leasing operations and manage relationships with property owners. This role involves managing the leasing process from vacancy to move-in while ensuring excellent service for both clients and prospective tenants.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full leasing process, from vacancy through lease execution and move-in.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and management companies.
- Develop leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and improve property performance.
- Review rental applications and coordinate approvals, lease signing, and move-in logistics.
- Monitor listings, pricing, and marketing performance, recommending improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and property management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Full English proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in residential leasing, account management, or property management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
