Your Responsibilities 

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat 
Process orders, returns and exchanges 
Resolve customer issues professionally 
Maintain accurate customer records 
Support internal teams when needed 

Requirements 

Strong communication skills 
Customer-focused mindset 
Experience in customer support is an advantage 
Fluent English is mandatory 
German is an advantage
