About the Role
We're hiring Paid Social Media Buyers to own the setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other social platforms. Your focus is campaign architecture, audience targeting, budget pacing, performance tracking, optimization, and continuous testing.
This is a hands-on media buying role - not graphic design.
We are looking for candidates who are accurate, responsible, highly detail-oriented, and willing to learn. You do not need to be a senior media buyer, but you should have some practical experience with Meta Ads or paid social campaigns and a strong interest in improving your technical and analytical skills.
Because this role works directly with a US-based team lead, excellent English communication is essential. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English, follow instructions carefully, ask good questions, and provide clear updates.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has brief but real hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager or paid social campaigns.
- Is accurate and careful when setting up campaigns, budgets, targeting, and reports.
- Pays attention to small details and double-checks their work before launching or submitting anything.
- Is willing to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
- Can communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken.
- Is responsible, organized, and consistent with deadlines.
- Can work closely with a US-based team and follow campaign instructions clearly.
This role is a good fit for someone who already understands the basics of paid social advertising and wants to grow into a stronger media buyer through hands-on work, structured feedback, and consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Secondarily, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X (Twitter)
- Optimize targeting, demographics, placements, and audience segments.
- Manage campaign budgets and daily ad spend with disciplined pacing.
- Monitor performance and surface opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Test audiences, campaign structures, and creative strategies systematically.
- Track and act on core metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversions.
- Report results and performance updates to the team lead.
- Execute against campaign strategy set with the US-based team.
- Ensure every campaign launches correctly and is monitored consistently.
- Take ownership of assigned duties and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with US-based clients or teams.
- Experience running lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns.
- Familiarity with tracking, pixels, conversion events, and reporting.
- A recognized paid social certification (e.g., Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, Pinterest Academy, Snapchat / Snap Focus, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs).
- Experience on platforms beyond Meta, such as TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
