What You’ll Do
- Develop and expand long-term relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to successful contract closure
- Understand customer challenges in depth and develop customized, value-driven service solutions
- Present RHM’s full service portfolio and unique value proposition to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Conduct customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and lead contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships and actively contribute to RHM’s growth strategy
- Represent RHM at trade fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, business development, consulting, or outsourcing services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
- Natural ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on results and target achievement
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style
- Willingness to travel when required
- Fluent English (written & spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage
