Job Summary:
The Operations and Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting the company's growth by managing client relationships, coordinating operational activities and contributing to sales initiatives. This position combines customer engagement, sales support, and operational coordination to ensure the successful delivery of services to existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Take on a more client-facing role, directly interacting with existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are met and providing insights into their feedback.
- Account Coordination: Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in the ongoing management of customer accounts.
- Support in Sales Meetings: Assist and support in presentations and discussions in sales meetings, ensuring that all relevant information is clearly communicated and any questions or concerns are addressed effectively.
- Administrative Support: Take responsibility for supporting clients in using the PMS and other hotel management systems.
- Managing Operations: Coordinating with higher-level management to streamline sales operations.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior sales support staff, helping them develop their skills and understanding of sales support processes.
- Sales Pipeline Support: Assist in managing sales opportunities by maintaining accurate records, following up on leads, and ensuring timely communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational and customer service improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain customer records, and ensure all sales and support activities are accurately documented.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow-up sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are well-prepared.
