We're looking for confident, driven individuals to generate energy bill review opportunities for our UK energy team.Your role is simple:
- Call UK businesses using our dialler and data
- Introduce our energy bill review service
- Obtain a copy of a recent energy bill
- Pass the opportunity to our senior team
- There is no closing, appointment setting or sales presentation required. Your sole focus is generating qualified opportunities.

Commission is paid for every lead that is closed.
Typical monthly earnings based on performance:
- 1 qualified lead per working day = approximately €1,250 per month
- 2 qualified leads per working day = approximately €2,500 per month
- 4 qualified leads per working day = approximately €5,000 per month
- There is no cap on earnings.
Progression Opportunities
- We're growing quickly and regularly promote from within.
- Our lead generation team is the primary route into our closing and management positions.
Successful team members may progress into a Business Energy Consultant role, where typical earnings are:
- €1,500 - €2,000 base salary
- €4,000 - €6,000 total monthly earnings including commission and bonuses
- We do not hire closers externally. Every closer in the business starts by proving themselves in the lead generation role first
Flexible Working
- Choose your own hours between 9am and 10pm.
- We care far more about results than monitoring when people work.
Expectations
- Minimum 100 calls per day (this can be achieved in a 4 hour part-time shift)
- Top performers regularly exceed 250 calls per day using our dialler and systems
- Excellent spoken English is essential
- Comfortable speaking with UK business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Reliable internet connection, laptop and calling headset
Ideal Candidate
- Previous telesales, lead generation or appointment setting experience is beneficial, but not required.
- We can teach the process.
