Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Muharrem Fejza, Prishtinë (Onsite)
Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (On-Site)

looking for positive and motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be to contact warm leads, customers who have already expressed interest in our services. You will build rapport through friendly conversation and ensure a smooth transition to the next stage of the process. This is a relationship-focused role with no hard selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers who have expressed interest in our services, serving as their welcoming first point of contact
- Conduct friendly, helpful conversations to understand each customer’s unique needs and answer their questions
- Identify when a customer is ready to take the next step and connect them smoothly with a licensed agent
- Maintain clear, up-to-date records of customer interactions in our system so the team is always aligned
- Provide clear, supportive communication, ensuring customers feel comfortable and informed at every step
Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, ideally in the U.S. market, or in a similar call center role
- Positive, motivated, and comfortable talking to people
- Good attendance and consistency
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus
