Location: City Center Ankara, Turkey

LA Down Town Premium Restaurant & Café is currently looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious Albanian-traditional meals for our International costumers.

Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner, mainly Albanian-traditional food. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques, we’d like to meet you.

Our company covers the Rent, health insurance is paid from us and we provide you with a high salary (fixed).

LA Down Town Premium Restaurant & Café is located in the City Center of Ankara, Turkey.

Working hours: 8-10 hours / 7 days a week

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Advanced knowledge of Albanian-Kosovan kitchen
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Culinary school diploma preferred
