About our Shared Service Center in Prishtina:

The Teleperformance Shared Service Center, located in Prishtina, Kosovo, is the region's largest outsourced financial service provider. Established in 2020, it primarily offers services to other Teleperformance entities. The center boasts a team of 40 highly skilled professionals specializing in Accounting, Finance, Controlling Reporting, and Procurement. Job Overview

As an Accountant inside the Shared Service Center, you will prepare financial reports to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms, both statutory and internal.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certification as a Certified Accountant is preferable
• Fluent in German
• Good working knowledge of IFRS
• At least 3 years’ experience working within an accountancy or audit firm
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
