For our new stores in Gjilan for Bershka and Pull & Bear are currently seeking to hire a:

VISUAL MERCHANDISER (M/F)

Do you have an eye for aesthetics and a passion for fashion? As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating attractive visual displays in our store, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays. Your creativity and design skills will contribute to the store's overall atmosphere and directly impact our sales and customer satisfaction.

Your duties:

• Monitor the forecast, understand the reports, and propose action plans.
• Share comments and ideas for improving the product.
• Proposing and checking orders and items blocking: Ensure efficient stock and product availability management.
• Executing merchandising tasks: Plan, organize, and determine the resources needed for merchandising changes.
• Checking the store window: Ensure the store window display is visually appealing and updated according to the latest trends and store promotions.
• Check and order changes in furniture, lights, walls, etc
• Setting up merchandise moves between store and warehouse: Manage returns to Central, replacement on days when truck arrives, normal replacement, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education.
• Previous visual merchandising experience (minimum 6 months).
• Good team management skills.
• Responsibility, diligence, and positivity.
• Leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Flexibility (work in shifts, work on weekends).
