For our new stores in Gjilan for Bershka and Pull & Bear are currently seeking to hire a:

STORE MANAGER (M/F)

Your duties:

• Manage store sales and overall activities
• Delegating, analyzing, motivating team
• Achieving sales goals
• Guarantee visual merchandising standards
• Recruiting, coaching and education team members
• Caring about the store image and customers experience

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education
• Previous fashion retail experience (minimum 6 months)
• Good team management skills
• Responsibility, diligence and positivity
• Leadership skills
• Fluent English
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Flexibility (work in shifts, work on weekends)
