For our new stores in Prishtina for Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Stradivarius, we are currently seeking to hire a:

STORE MANAGER (M/F)

You love fashion, you love trends?

Your duties:

• manage store sales and overall activities
• delegating, analyzing, motivating team
• achieving sales goals
• guarantee visual merchandising standards
• recruiting, coaching and education team members
• caring about the store image and customers experience

Requirements:

• minimum secondary education
• previous fashion retail experience (minimum 6 months)
• good team management skills
• responsibility, diligence and positivity
• leadership skills
• fluent English
• strong organizational and management skills
• flexibility (work in shifts, work on weekends)
