For our new stores in Prishtina for Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Stradivarius, we are currently seeking to hire a:
STORE MANAGER (M/F)
You love fashion, you love trends?

Your duties:
- manage store sales and overall activities
- delegating, analyzing, motivating team
- achieving sales goals
- guarantee visual merchandising standards
- recruiting, coaching and education team members
- caring about the store image and customers experience
Requirements:
- minimum secondary education
- previous fashion retail experience (minimum 6 months)
- good team management skills
- responsibility, diligence and positivity
- leadership skills
- fluent English
- strong organizational and management skills
- flexibility (work in shifts, work on weekends)
