Desert Eagle Express is a leading trucking company that provides reliable and efficient transportation services to businesses across Midwest region in United States. We are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Dispatch Officer to join our team in Prishtina and help grow our business.

.  Dispatch Officer responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule daily pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with drivers and clients to provide updates on shipment status.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the transportation process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch-related activities.

1. Dispatch Officer requirements:

• Preferably experience in dispatch or logistics, not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English language skills.

Desert Eagle Express offers a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement, starting from 700€ monthly.

Working hours are from 15:00 to 23:00 or from 16:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday.
