We are looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to join our excellent marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator is a professional who coordinates all the marketing activities and initiatives of an organization. They conduct market research, carry out promotional campaigns, identify target audiences and evaluate current trends.

Responsibilities:

• Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
• Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
• Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
• Ensuring data is backed up.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Add and review property listings in multiple listing websites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiency.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Creative mind with superb written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
• Ability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM from our office in Pristina.
