Position: Factory Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing operations and supervise operators
- Improve manufacturing productivity and lead times
- Supervise quality control
- Dispatch finished goods on time
- Plan workers schedules and meetings
- Maintain safety standards by workplace safety rules
- Motivating factory workers to archive factory targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field
- Proven experience in managerial or supervisory role
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Strong management, leadership and communication skills
