QA- Quality Assurance
We are hiring 2 Quality Assurance Associates that speak fluent German and English, or fluent Spanish and English to join our new office in Prishtina.
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for ensuring that services meet the established standards set by the company. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance and customer service. 

Competitive Salary 
Working hours: 8 hours per day, in shifts, Monday through Sunday
Excellent German&English or Spanish&English language skills are mandatory 
Prior experience working in a call center is mandatory
