haiyue is an international online English school based in China, dedicated to teaching children and teenagers through one-on-one (1:1) lessons. Lessons are personalized to meet each student's needs, learning pace, and language goals.
The curriculum emphasizes the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive activities and digital resources that encourage active participation and build learners' confidence in using English. Haiyue also provides structured teaching materials, ongoing teacher training, and continuous support, creating a collaborative environment where both students and educators can grow and succeed.
Online English Teacher (Remote)
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Teachers to join our international team. Our students are between 4 and 15 years old, and classes are taught one-on-one in a fun and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:

Fluent English proficiency with clear pronunciation.
Friendly, energetic, and engaging teaching style.
At least 1 year of online or classroom teaching experience (preferred).
Teaching certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent are an advantage.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
Strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.

What We Offer:
Teaching materials and online teaching platform provided.

Initial training and ongoing support from experienced teachers.
Flexible remote work with an international team.
Payments made every 15 days. One hour is about 5-6 Euros, and a month is about 500 to 1100 Euros.
 Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and performance.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday.
Approximately 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Kosovo Time).
