What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead client communication through Slack, email, and meetings.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a seamless experience
- Host regular Zoom and Google Meet check-ins.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and daily updates.
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and action items.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to support client deliverables.
- Solve day-to-day client requests and proactively identify solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Help drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 minimum).
- Comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based clients.
- AI & Technology Awareness: Basic familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Coordination or similar roles.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Desire to grow in the AI industry.
