Job Description

Prepare and mix composite formulas using natural binders and fibers
Conduct pressing and drying trials in laboratory settings
Analyze strength, porosity, dimensional stability, and material behavior
Support optimization of binder combinations and production methods
Collaborate on prototyping and pre-production sample development

Requirements

Bachelor student in Chemical Engineering, Material Chemistry, Biopolymer Engineering, or a related field
Genuine interest in sustainable materials and applied research
Experience in lab work or composite systems is a plus - not a must
Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
Albanian required; English or German is a strong advantage
