What you'll be doing:
- Building relationships with senior executives across global organizations
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Driving outreach across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Supporting strategic partnership and membership growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver world-class executive events
- Managing opportunities with strong organization and attention to detail
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or another client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, ambitious, and growth-oriented mindset
- Confidence engaging with senior professionals and executives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A desire to learn, develop, and build a long-term career
Hybrid | Prishtina - Full-time
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (OTE)
