Role Description
We are expanding our team and are looking for four Sales & Customer Service Representatives to join us in Pristina. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Available Shifts
3 positions: Night Shift (22:00 – 06:00) 
1 position: Afternoon Shift (14:00 – 22:00)
Daily tasks include offering support to customers, understanding their needs, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Answers incoming calls and responds promptly to customer inquiries
Presents and sells products based on customers’ needs and preferences
Provides accurate information about products, pricing, timelines, and the ordering process
Communicates with other departments to ensure clarity regarding customer requests and needs
Records and follows up on customer interactions, notes, and follow-ups in internal systems
Ensures customer satisfaction through clear, timely, and professional communication

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practices
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and resolving inquiries effectively
Ability to work on-site and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Previous experience in E-commerce or sales roles is a plus
Fluency in written and spoken English
