Job Description

Senior Architect - Designer is a key creative and technical role within the Architectural Team of the Technical Department. This position is responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, detailed building layouts, 2D and 3D models, visual presentations, and construction-ready technical documentation.

The role represents a combination of artistic vision and technical expertise, ensuring that all architectural deliverables not only meet functional and aesthetic requirements but also comply with local regulations, international standards, and company principles. The Senior Architect – Designer works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and well-integrated solutions that support the successful delivery of projects, from concept design through the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architectural Design Development
  • Creating building concepts, spatial organization, and detailed layouts that are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Producing 2D drawings and 3D models for concept development, client presentations, and internal coordination.
  • Developing renders, mood boards, and material palettes to clearly communicate design intent.
  1. Compliance with Regulations and Standards
  • Ensuring all design solutions comply with national building codes, urban planning requirements, safety standards, accessibility regulations (e.g., ADA), and internal design guidelines.
  • Conducting quality control checks to verify the accuracy, clarity, and technical feasibility of drawings.
  1. Interdisciplinary Coordination
  • Working closely with civil, structural, and MEPFS engineers to integrate requirements from all disciplines.
  • Incorporating feedback from project managers, the Review Team, and other stakeholders to align architectural documentation with the project scope and objectives.
  1. Presentation and Technical Documentation
  • Preparing high-quality architectural presentations for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Producing comprehensive technical documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, specifications, and construction details.
  1. Innovation and Creativity
  • Researching and proposing creative design strategies that enhance building performance, user experience, and environmental sustainability.
  • Monitoring global architectural trends, materials, and technologies to improve the quality and innovativeness of design solutions.
  1. Team Collaboration
  • Supporting the Architectural Team in achieving design and production goals.
  • Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, peer reviews, and design critiques.
  1. Client and Stakeholder Communication
  • Attending project meetings, clearly presenting ideas, and responding to comments through well-justified design revisions.
  • Ensuring feedback is integrated without compromising core design principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited educational institution.
  • Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning / Urban Design is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional, LEED Green Associate, or similar professional licenses and certifications are an advantage.

  • Employment contract signed for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
