We are pleased to announce an open position for CRM & Sales Operations Specialist, offering candidates the opportunity to become part of our partner’s team in Libya. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain CRM processes, standards, and governance across the sales organization.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel architecture to ensure accurate lead tracking and progression through all sales stages.
- Monitor lead aging, pipeline health, and conversion performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain commercial dashboards, reports, and sales performance metrics.
- Support sales forecasting activities by providing accurate data analysis and pipeline insights.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular audits and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to improve reporting efficiency and sales operations processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing data-driven insights and market performance analysis.
- Generate periodic reports on sales activities, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, commercial reporting, or a similar role
- Proven experience working with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and performance reporting
- Advanced level of English
