Real Estate Appraisal
Spaxel is looking for a Real Estate Appraisal to join our team in Pristina, Kosovo.
Job Overview
We are seeking to add a Real Estate Appraisal to the investment team that will primarily focus on our multi-family and workforce housing strategies. Candidate must have deep experience or must be able and willing to learn the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction, including efficiently qualifying new opportunities, diligence, underwriting, structuring, and closing real estate acquisition. Candidate must be proactive, a creative thinker, and have a team-oriented mindset.  
Job requirements
Among the responsibilities and duties of the Real Estate Appraisal are:

Qualify, diligence, underwrite, structure, and help execute investment opportunities.
Create detailed and comprehensive financial models.
Prepare thoughtful and compelling deal memos and investment books.
Lead closing due diligence with lenders, appraisers, and equity partners.
Work with executive leadership to conceptualize and formulate investment strategies, frameworks, and processes for Spaxel investments.
Appraising management software experience is desired.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Management Administration and/or equivalent experience.
Advanced level of written and spoken English proficiency.
Any certification with Real Estate Associations is desired.
Computer software skills in Microsoft Office tools.
Appraising management software experience is desired.
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including direct real estate appraisal experience (ideally at a top-tier real estate appraising firm).
Debt and equity sophistication to underwrite and execute investments.
Passionate about leveraging new and innovative technology across the real estate value chain.
Ability to clearly articulate the Spaxel narrative, strategy, and value proposition to investors, sponsors, brokers, and other potential collaborators.
Attacks everything with drive, energy, and an eye on the bottom line; pushes everything through to completion in a timely and thorough manner.
Must possess intercultural skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively work with all levels of company personnel.
The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
