Experienced Private Client Adviser
Within Retail Branch Sales Department
Location: Prishtinë, Vushtrri and Podujevë
The Private Client Adviser is responsible for offering bank services for private clients in the most qualitative and efficient way, advising all the clients of the bank in an active way and improving bank-client relationship. The Private Client Adviser actively conveys the level of satisfaction of our clients in relationship with the bank and services offered.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Develops, manages, and monitors private clients in the defined portfolio, informing clients in a proactive way about services or new offers offered from bank.
- Assess clients’ financial situations, develop comprehensive financial plans, and provide tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Advice and assists bank clients in the use of electronic services and enhancing the benefits that arise from the same in favor of clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in economics, finance, business, or relevant field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- 3 Years of previous working experience with clients is required.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
