About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for fast-growing B2B SaaS and technology companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling demand generation programs, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving brand growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, to deliver measurable impact across the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across digital channels
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

• Design and execute inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth and conversion
• Identify new growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns

Performance & Analytics

• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (leads, conversion, ROI)
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategy

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), or other marketing automation platforms
• Strong campaign management and performance analysis skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred

• Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams
• Experience scaling marketing efforts for tech startups or high-growth environments
