We are currently hiring a Product Manager for a Belgian startup developing a new consumer health app and community platform. The product is at an early stage, which means you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the product from the beginning.
Job Description
As Product Manager, you will lead the development of the product from early validation through beta and launch.
This is a very hands-on role. You will work closely with the founders and development team, speak directly with potential users, translate feedback into product decisions and requirements, and take ownership of getting the product into the hands of real users.
We are looking for someone who has already been through this process before and understands that building an early-stage B2C product is not only about managing development, but also about understanding users, testing assumptions, creating engagement and finding product-market fit.
We are looking for someone

With at least 2 - 5 years of Product Management experience
Ideally with experience building B2C apps, platforms or online communities
Who has previously taken a product from early concept / product discovery through user interviews, MVP, beta and launch
Who knows how to conduct product-market-fit interviews and turn user feedback into clear product decisions
Who has experience working closely with designers and developers and can write clear product requirements
Who understands onboarding, engagement, retention and how to get the first users onto a new app or platform
Who can think beyond features and contribute to the strategy for building an active user base and community
Who is comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities can change quickly
Who takes ownership and can work independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions
With excellent written and spoken English

Experience in health tech, social/community products, AI-enabled products or marketplaces is a plus, but not required.
