About the programme
The Business Consultants Council (BCC), Kosovo's professional body for management consultíng since 2006, invites applications for the MCPC Foundation Level, an internationally aligned, competence-based certification built on the ICMCI Common Body of Knowledge and the ISO 20700 standard for management consulting services.
The programme bridges the gap between academic education and professional consulting practice, with real-world case analysis, ethical conduct, and emerging themes such as SDG, ESG and responsible AI.
Programme dates
- 2–6 November 2026: in-person cycle
- 9–14 November 2026: online cycle
- Total: 11 training days. Instruction in English/Albanian.

- Module 1: Management Consulting in Perspective
- Module 2: Common Body of Knowledge (CBOK)
- Module 3: Consulting Process (ISO 20700)
- Module 4: SDG, ESG & Responsible AI
- Module 5: Opening, Positioning & Managing a Consulting Career
- Capstone: an integrated case study with an oral defence and professional reflection, the final step to certification

- Final-year undergraduate or master's students
- Recent graduates (within the past 3 years) from any discipline
- Young professionals with 0–5 years of experience

- No prior consulting experience is required.
Requirements
- Working proficiency in English
- Availability for all 11 training days in November 2026
- Genuine motivation to learn and contribute to the consulting profession
Fee
- Standard fee: 600 EUR
- Donor-supported fee: 200 EUR, limited to 15 participants

- Capstone facilitation and written submission review
- Oral defense session and professional reflection
- Certification assessment leading to the MCPC Foundation Level credential
